The mission of The European Federation of Food Science & Technology (EFFoST) is ‘food for all in a changing world’. More than 130 societies, institutes and universities all over Europe are affiliated to EFFoST. Our network connects 100,000 Food Scientist and Technologist across Europe. As a non-profit organization we support the further development of the field of food science and technology. We push the production of sustainable and healthy food by facilitating knowledge exchange. EFFoST has 3 official peer-reviewed journals (Trends in Food Science & Technology, Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies, Food Control), and SME oriented online Food Science Magazine ‘Taste of Science’ and organizes the yearly EFFoST International Conference. EFFoST enables food scientists and technologists, businesses in food and food-related areas and European policymakers to deploy new technologies and developments to their advantage.

🚨CORE Organic Programme call: Early career researchers mobility grant 2025/ 2026! The objective of the CORE Organic (CO) network is to join forces and support transnational coordinated research and innovation effort covering the most important challenges along the organic value chains.
