Inorganic topographic templates for enhanced spheroid growth

1 cm x 1 cm templates made from inorganic material are functionalized by a periodic pattern of micro(nano)structured topographies oriented in square or hexagonal formation. Different generations (G0-G4) are available with increasing complexity optimized for different cell growth applications. Sterilization by UV immediately before use. Transparent for microscopy. Resistant to organic solvents. G0: spheroid formation in 24-48h from tumor cell lines or primary tumor cells; neurosphere differentiation from adipose-derived stem cells in 24 h without differentiation factors.
