Earlier this month, our colleagues from Enreach ES had the pleasure of attending the 27th edition of Expo Relación Cliente, a must-attend event for the Spanish contact centre industry, which this year welcomed over 2,000 visitors. During the event, Carlos Jiménez, CCO of Enreach ES, had the pleasure of moderating a roundtable discussion with top experts entitled "AI to Transform the Customer Service Ecosystem: Legal challenges in this new era". Another interesting event where we met many industry experts: this year’s UC Expo London. Looking at new ways to reshape workplace strategies and redefine customer journeys, we talked a lot about AI and our approach to making advanced #ConversationalAI solutions accessible to SMBs.
