Our Retail Banking Department has recently welcomed two new interns: Pablo García-Legaz Levi and Can Dedeköy. Studying for a bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Vrije University, Pablo is involved in analysing data from the department to uncover insights, trends, and meaningful facts. This analysis is then used to identify areas for improvement. He is looking forward to "learn more about the intricacies of financial systems and how data analytics can be leveraged to drive strategic decisions within the bank”. His recommendation for younger people in his field is to "develop a strong analytical mindset". Can is studying Bioinformatics at the University of Amsterdam, and his responsibilities include exploring customer behaviour analytics and how data-driven decisions can create value. What he is most excited about is “utilising data to enhance business processes, aiming to improve services and deliver impactful results”. We are looking forward to watching their journeys and enjoying themselves in our corporate environment.
