Looking for a natural and efficient way to enhance food preservation and personal care products? 🤔 Our team, in collaboration with the researchers at the University of Groningen, has successfully identified and characterized a bacterial lactoperoxidase, CyanoPOX, that may be the answer! CyanoPOX is a robust and easily expressed enzyme that offers a promising alternative to mammalian LPOs, which are difficult to produce.
