With Candle Lights, Studio Toer brings the cozy atmosphere of candlelight to GLOW 2024 🕯️ During the day, the meter-high candles shimmer in the sunlight; at night, they illuminate 18 Septemberplein with 1,800 points of light and thousands of reflective surfaces. This stunning installation is a beautiful tribute to 80 years of freedom in the heart of Eindhoven. You can still admire Candle Lights until December. Don’t miss this enchanting experience! MINI Nederland goes GLOW Eindhoven 🚗 At GLOW 2024, innovation took the spotlight with a special collaboration, and we’re proud to have MINI Netherlands as a partner. Together with the creative minds at Maincourse, Habitats was unveiled—a stunning light artwork with the electric MINI Countryman as its centerpiece. Inspired by Eindhoven’s graffiti culture and the diversity of ecosystems, this artwork delivers a positive message while showcasing the beauty of our world. This winter, the beautiful blue butterflies of ASML’s 'Connecting your Love' will light up Máxima Medical Center in Veldhoven. As a partner of GLOW, ASML honors patients and healthcare heroes with this special light artwork. Created by ASML employees for GLOW 2022, the butterflies have flown through Eindhoven and beyond. From November 2024 to January 2025, they will warm the hearts of all who visit Máxima MC. Light Parade at GLOW Eindhoven 2024 ✨ Light Parade amazed visitors at GLOW 2024, with dancers in glowing costumes creating unexpected moments along the route. This unique project by Onda Studio and choreographer annelies vriends brought together local dancers and community members in a dynamic blend of light, dance, and music. Through workshops, participants synced their movements with music while wearing interactive light suits, resulting in a captivating and ever changing performance. With routes in Gemeente Best, Gemeente Oirschot, and Gemeente Helmond, GLOW has expanded beyond Eindhoven's well-known landmarks! Did you get a chance to visit these locations? 📍 BEST - A 2 km route through the village center, featuring highlights such as Inook's interactive work, Michel Suk's dreamlike installation in the Koetshuistuin, and Hera van den Heuvel's captivating light display at the Kapel. 📍 OIRSCHOT - Visitors explored a blend of international and local art in the historic village center, including a mapping on the Sint-Petrusbasiliek by Daniel Margraf and a heartwarming children's project in the chapel, all enhancing Oirschot's unique charm. 📍 HELMOND - For the first time, Helmond hosted its own GLOW festival, showcasing impressive projections on the Carp-homes and stunning art installations around Theater Het Speelhuis. 🎥 HOUSE OF YELLOW #GLOW2024 #GLOWEindhoven #lightart #best #helmond #oirschot

Experienced the Future Skyline of Eindhoven during GLOW? Eindhoven is transforming, and Michel Suk’s Metropolis at GLOW 2024 gave us a glimpse of what's to come. The Fellenoord area (Eindhoven’s station district) will soon feature towering buildings, green spaces, and thousands of new homes. Michel’s light beams marked locations for future developments, stretching from the PSV stadium to the Dommel River. This enormous light installation illustrated Eindhoven’s evolution into a vibrant, sustainable metropolis. Thank you partners!
