Binnen zeven maanden heeft GoDutch al meer dan 2.200 actieve zakelijke rekeningen en verwerkte het bedrijf 100 miljoen euro aan betalingsverkeer. 💡 Een probleem dat schreeuwt om een oplossing: VvE’s en bankrekeningen 💡 Het vandaag gepubliceerde artikel in De Telegraaf werpt licht op een ernstig probleem waar Verenigingen van Eigenaren (VvE’s) dagelijks tegenaan lopen: het openen van een simpele betaalrekening. 📉 45% ondervindt grote moeite, 30% wordt geweigerd 1,4 miljoen woningen in Nederland maken deel uit van een VvE, maar door het beleid van de banken is het openen van een rekening een onhaalbaar proces geworden. Dit heeft niet alleen impact op verduurzaming en onderhoud, maar brengt ook risico’s met zich mee als penningmeesters privérekeningen moeten gebruiken. 🎯 Wat doen wij anders? Het kan voor je Vereniging van Eigenaars (VvE) weken of zelfs maanden duren om een werkend IBAN te krijgen, en het proces is vaak allesbehalve klantvriendelijk.
