Helia Biomonitoring B.V. develops biomolecular sensors for industrial process control. Helia's sensors provide continuous data for adapting industrial process settings in real time, in order to reduce inefficiencies such as loss of product and loss of resources. Helia's sensors have the following properties: - Easy-to-use: operating the Helia sensors is easy: sample in → result out. - Fast response: measurement results are available in a few minutes, allowing fast feedback in manufacturing. - Lots of data: the Helia system is automated and gives a lot of data. - Real-time process control: the ease-of-use, the fast response, and the large amount of data enable high-frequency measurements for real-time process control, to achieve optimal process performances, like yield and productivity. We are happy to announce that Helia received a convertible loan from Brabant Startup Fonds (BSF). BSF is an early-stage investment fund for innovative startups, owned by the province of North Brabant (NL), focused on creating social and economic impact in the region. Helia is an Eindhoven-based startup that spun out of TU Eindhoven. Helia will use the BSF funding to advance its technology and company development.
