We’re proud to announce the delivery of the 'Maasvliet', a cable recovery vessel built for Hartel Shipping & Chartering BV - part of Hudig & Veder B.V. This vessel will be chartered by Subsea Environmental Services to retrieve and recycle subsea cables - providing an opportunity for the marine environment to return to a more natural state.🌱♻️ With dedicated cable baskets, a spacious working deck, and specialized handling equipment, Maasvliet is built for efficiency. Its diesel-electric drivetrain allows operations on sustainable fuels, reducing emissions and achieving up to 35% fuel savings. Exciting times ahead! 🚢 We’re thrilled to announce the start of a major new project: completing and outfitting a cutting-edge Construction Support Vessel (CSV) for Chevalier Floatels. This 110-meter-long vessel recently arrived at our yard in Werkendam and is set to be delivered by Q1 2026. With IMO Tier III compliance and a battery energy storage system, this sustainable CSV will be equipped for diverse offshore operations. Highlights include a 150-tonne AHC subsea crane with a 3,000m working depth, a spacious moonpool, and accommodations for 120 people. New Accommodation Modules for SAL Heavy Lift’s MV Lone 🚢 We are currently working on accommodation modules for SAL Heavy Lift's vessel 'Lone'. This project involves refurbishing two existing accommodation modules and one facility module, along with the construction of a brand-new accommodation/facility module.   In total, we are providing four modules, which include comfortable two-person cabins with bunk beds, en-suite bathrooms, and workspaces. The facility modules offer spaces like a hospital, office, gym, and recreational areas such as a game room and TV lounge. 🛏️ 🎮 🏋🏼   SAL Heavy Lift now owns a total of eight accommodation modules from Holland Shipyards Group, with the four new modules joining their fleet for use on the Lone.  Thanks to our experience through Holland Accommodation Rentals, we ensure fast mobilization and seamless integration.   We are grateful for the continuous trust of SAL Heavy Lift and look forward to completing this project! 🤝 Curious to learn more about our accommodation or other offshore solutions?
