De gastervaring staat centraal in zijn exploitatievisie, waarbij sfeer, horeca, voorzieningen en routing cruciaal zijn. Hij kiest bewust niet voor uitponding aan particulieren, maar werkt uitsluitend met professionele beleggers. Door marktconsolidatie ziet Jeroen kansen voor nieuwe leisure-concepten binnen een multi-branded organisatie. In zo’n organisatie kun je per type product en land andere merken hanteren. Een mooi voorbeeld hiervan is Blendin.com. Jeroen verwacht dat InLeisure binnen drie jaar in zes landen actief is.
