From earning first skiing certificates, to squeezing in that final run before the last lift, there was something for all of us. ⛷ Rodeling was a highlight for many, though Stefan's enthusiasm came with a price... Get well soon, Stefan Wirts. Ultimately, this trip brought us closer together. Intire Quarterly Meeting in The Hague! 🏢🌳 Last Friday, our team came together to reflect on 2024 and set our sights on 2025. After recent off-site trip (stay tuned!), this time we held our quarterly meeting at our office in The Hague. With our growth journey in mind, we participated in an interactive training by Learnit Training on selection interviews, sharpening our skills in identifying competencies, applying interview techniques, and practicing the STARR method. 💡 During the lunch break, we made the most of our beautiful location with a refreshing walk in the Haagse Bos next to our office. 🍂 We also aligned on our goals before wrapping up the day with a well-deserved drink. 🍄 Yesterday, we got to work at rotterzwam! Together with our clients, we learned how to turn coffee waste into a growing medium for oyster mushrooms. A fun and hands-on way to explore circular production. Turns out, sustainability is not just something we talk about—it’s something we do! 🌱♻️ We wrapped up the day at Bar Schiemond, enjoying a drink together while overlooking Rotterdam’s industrial skyline.
