Redevco Welcomes HTM to HSK-Offices in The Hague We are excited to announce that HTM Personenvervoer N.V. has chosen the characteristic HSK-offices in The Hague as their new headquarters. Starting soon, HTM will occupy the top two floors of this historic building, located next to Hollands Spoor station. This relocation represents a significant milestone for HTM, providing a central and inspiring environment for their colleagues to collaborate and innovate. HSK-Offices will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including leisure amenities such as a climbing and bouldering hall, fitness facilities, and a conference centre. Additionally, the ongoing renovations will ensure a sustainable and modern workplace for all. Ton Vaags, our Portfolio Director on behalf of owner LIFE-NL, stated: “We are pleased to welcome HTM as a new tenant. We have already started the renovation and major maintenance of HSK-Offices. New installations are being placed, and the building is being made more sustainable. Today at the start of MIPIM 2024 we announced to target a #residential development pipeline of 10,000-plus units, in partnership with like-minded investors, over the next five to 10 years to support our mission to make cities more #sustainable and #liveable. This would double the size of our current housing portfolio with projects in 11 cities in The Benelux, The United Kingdom and Germany, placing the company in the top ranks of European residential managers. By combining the housing projects of Dutch residential real estate specialist LIFE Europe we acquired last year, with the residential assets already under management, we have created a pan-European residential asset management platform named Redevco Living. With 5,000 units already under development, or in the pre-development phase Redevco Living aims to organically grow this portfolio into a truly pan-European residential platform. In an interview this morning with React News Steven Zeeman, Managing Director Redevco Living, said: “One of the biggest challenges facing European societies is the severe shortage of modern, affordable, and sustainable residential supply in our cities in the face of soaring demand. The housing crisis leads to growing inequality, delayed family formation for young people unable to find homes and increased political polarisation fed by the perception of widening social injustice.
