  • The Main Insight Event Nordics 2025 has come to a close 🙌 We reflect on the knowledge gained and meaningful connections made. During an engaging panel discussion with Christian Lund, Shipra Jain, and Per Lange, the conversation focused on the dynamics between sales and product. The conversation centered around topics such as how AI can enhance both sales and product execution. Christian emphasized how AI can be leveraged to optimize both sales and product strategies: "It’s not about replacing humans, it’s about empowering them with the right tools. AI helps refine messaging, data, and customer insights, which are key to aligning sales and product management." Adding to that Shipra highlighted how "AI is not replacing humans but humans wil replace humans who don't us AI.", noting the importance of AI in excellent sales execution. Per who organizes in AI hackathons, also shared his perspective: "AI isn't just an additional tool—it's becoming the core structure for business execution. In sales and product management, AI can streamline decision-making, drive alignment, and improve overall outcomes." 💡 Key Insight 💡 AI is transforming the way sales and product teams collaborate—by enhancing communication, driving smarter decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution across both areas. As the Lead Product, Tech & AI at Main Capital Partners, it was fascinating to see how AI is transforming the way product teams prioritize their backlogs—what used to take months or even years can now be achieved in days. With 2025 set to be the year of major product transformations driven by AI improvements, even though our tools are evolving quickly, the basics still hold: talk to customers and build the right features to deliver value.   I'm looking forward to implementing these insights with our portfolio companies and driving impactful innovation. It's inspiring to witness technology accelerate our processes while reinforcing the timeless fundamentals of product management.
