We are excited to announce another major milestone for Al Ghurair Foods and Resources with the groundbreaking of the new state-of-the-art Hatchery & Poultry Processing Facility at Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) in Abu Dhabi, which will include the largest rendering plant in the UAE. Aligned with the UAE’s National Strategy for Food Security 2051, the facility reflects a commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and reducing reliance on imports, while strengthening the country’s food production ecosystem. This 3-megawatt biogas plant can process 70,000 tons of food waste per year. Our team installed a double Paddle Depacker line, complete with two Paddle Washers, capable of processing up to 60m³ of material per hour. This new line represents another step forward in our valued partnership with Genesis Biopartner, which began in 2018 with the installation of the Paddle Depacker Model S.
