Vereniging van Schouwburg- & Concertgebouwdirecties (VSCD) dicovered on November 25 the Theater aan de Parade in 's Hertogenbosch. Patrick Fransen and Loes Thijssen from NOAHH | Network Oriented Architecture guided about 70 members of the VSCD through the building. Theater aan de Parade is a showcase of how a theater is multifunctional, transformable and sustainable. Meanwhile the Philzuid was performing in the Casinozaal for 500 pupils creating a vibrant buzzing atmosphere through the building: "everything is theater" in this building! On Nov. 25 we showed Theater aan de Parade to the Vereniging van Schouwburg- & Concertgebouwdirecties (VSCD). One could experience this building with its different characters, multifunctionality, transformability in many of its facets. Forum #ANATOMY_OF_TIMBER /-Building TU Delft, 15th and 16th October 2024 This two-day event will explore all scales of timber in architecture, from the material to products, new construction methods, and buildings.
