Ever wondered what happens when you ask an AI to create an image of an oyster reef? We did, and this is the result. This image is a clear example of the problem: oysters are so scarce in nature that even AI struggles to imagine their reefs without adding a slice of lemon. We've forgotten what oyster reefs truly look like! To see them as they once were, we have to dig up images from over 150 years ago. But that can change.
