Inspirerende Samenwerking tussen Tekkoo en The Banana Factory 🌟 We zijn heel enthousiast dat ons gezamenlijke valorisatieproject met The Banana Factory, gericht op het hoogwaardig valoriseren van bananenschillen, met succes is afgerond! 🍌✨ In samenwerking met collega Jard van Lent zijn er waardevolle inzichten en richtingen onderzocht voor hoogwaardige valorisatie. Dit heeft geleid tot concrete vervolgstappen en mogelijke samenwerkingspartners voor de komende jaren. Elke biomassa stroom, in dit geval bananenschillen, kent zijn eigen uitdagingen. Gelukkig zien we dat er al heel veel gebeurd en kan (ook op schaal!), zoals bijvoorbeeld bij PeelPioneers - a #FoodTech500 company en bij deelnemers van ons programma Circular Factory en binnen Biotech Booster.
