𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫! 🎉 The end of 2024 is near. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your trust in Pondera throughout 2024. This year have been full of great moments and joint successes. A highlight from 2024 is our collaboration with Royal HaskoningDHV, which has opened up new opportunities to increase our impact. In addition, several renewable energy projects have made it or were taken to the next phase this year. Something we are very proud of. We look forward to continuing to build great projects together in 2025!

𝐃𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧!⚡   Deze week heeft de Eerste Kamer ingestemd met de nieuwe Energiewet, die de huidige Elektriciteitswet 1998 en Gaswet vervangt. Dit is een belangrijke mijlpaal voor Nederland, omdat de wet inspeelt op de snel veranderende energiebehoeften en de uitdagingen van de energietransitie.   Het energielandschap verandert snel. Duurzame energiebronnen zoals zonne- en windenergie worden steeds belangrijker, lokale energieproductie groeit en opslagtechnologieën bieden nieuwe mogelijkheden. De Energiewet moderniseert de regelgeving om deze ontwikkelingen beter te ondersteunen en stimuleert investeringen in de energiemarkt zodat we de verduurzaming kunnen versnellen.   Een van de belangrijkste aandachtspunten van de wet is het aanpakken van netcongestie, een toenemende uitdaging in de energietransitie. De Energiewet legt de nadruk op het vergroten van de transportcapaciteit van het elektriciteitsnet om congestieproblemen te verminderen. Een mooie mijlpaal die Nederland verder klaarstoomt voor een duurzame toekomst! 💚

𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐭 𝐯𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐩 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧 De Raad van State heeft geoordeeld dat de omgevingsvergunningen voor de plaatsing van twee windturbines aan de Oslokade op het industrieterrein in Kampen definitief zijn. Pondera heeft de initiatiefnemers ondersteunt bij de zoektocht naar een passende locatie op het industrieterrein en de indiening van de vergunningaanvragen. Wij feliciteren de initiatiefnemers en de Gemeente Kampen met dit positieve resultaat. Een mooie stap in de richting van een klimaatneutraal Kampen in 2035! 🌍💚

🌏 Together with the Embassy and Consulate-General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Australia, Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) (supported by Holland Home of Wind Energy), and Royal HaskoningDHV, we presented the preliminary findings of the Australian Offshore Wind Market Scan. The presentation explored the potential of Australia's emerging offshore wind sector, covering the current market status and future outlook. Additionally, the needs for offshore wind development were analyzed, highlighting business opportunities for Dutch companies. It was inspiring to see the enthusiasm of Dutch companies. Thanks to everyone who contributed their insights and expertise! 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲♻️ Last week, we had an inspiring knowledge sharing session focused on the concept of circularity and its role in the energy transition. Together, we explored how we can contribute to the transition towards a circular economy while working on renewable energy projects. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 💡 The tender criteria for offshore windpark Nederwiek I-A aim for more circularity than ever. 💡 The EU is implementing regulations to increase the circularity in various sectors in its member states. 💡 There are many critical materials for which the required amount for the energy transition far exceeds the global supply. Pondera and Royal HaskoningDHV have a lot of knowledge (e.g. LCA, ECI) about circularity. We would like to support our clients to get familiar with the concept of circularity and its benefits for their projects and inspire them to make more circular choices. 👏 This week marked our next step of joining forces between Pondera Consult Indonesia and Royal HaskoningDHV Indonesia. We got the opportunity to present our team and ongoing renewable energy projects at our new office during a Town hall meeting.
