Last Thursday, we kicked off the new year with our Annual New Year’s Celebration with our members at the incredible Artis Micropia, the first and only museum in the world to make the invisible world of microorganisms visible. After our tour, we were thrilled to have Marco Van Es join us as keynote speaker, who shared captivating insights into the vital role microbes play in our ecosystems. It was wonderful to shine a spotlight on the vital role these small but mighty beings play in our food systems.
