The round square is our meeting place, where we talk (or being in silence), cook, and eat together. 💪🏻 Throughout the week, we share responsibilities as a group—everyone contributes by helping with cooking, cleaning, and maintaining the shared spaces. Het regeneratiefestival van Re/generatie was fabuleus! Samen met toppers Rick Vermeulen en Eva Ferket van PHI Factory hosten wij 2 deelsessies met een kringgesprek over de weg naar herstellen en regeneratie bekeken vanuit 4 verschillende organisaties. 🔥 Zo vertelde Maud Schijven van Bord&Stift over hun horizontale organisatie en steward ownership. De quote die mij is bijgebleven is; ‘op een moment voelde ik me meer mezelf op werk dan thuis’ 🔥 Anna Stamp - Jongbloed van Universiteit Utrecht en Christel Simmelink van ISS Nederland gaven inzicht in hoe zij medewerkers meenemen in de stappen richting herstellend zijn. Take-always; praat met de markt om te kijken wat er mogelijk is, laat de true price zien aan medewerkers. Maar ook kwam er van Pepijn Duijvestein de challenge om te focussen op de vraag: voegt het waarde toe? Of breekt het af? 🔥 Joost Hoffman van Moos nam ons mee in het bouwen van familie in de werkcontext. Zijn ecosysteem bestaat uit vaste partners waarmee hij werkt. Geen contracten, maar vertrouwen en elkaar helpen. Wat een toffe manier was dit om te verbinden, in het prachtige zonnige Tolhuistuin, met allemaal mensen die werken aan die regeneratieve wereld van morgen. #regeneratie #opweg #bethechange

When we get together with the Restoring organisations of the Netherlands on 20 September, there will be space to present your own case and find solutions together with other entrepreneurs in a presssure cooker session. After all, Restoration and Regeneration are not things you do alone, we do them together. We learn from and with each other and support each other where we can.
