Meet Caroline & Oliver!🤝 What do they both have in common? They were both involved in the installation of a new production line at our Margès site in France. 🏭 Caroline is an Industrial Project Manager. She supervised the project and coordinated all the service providers. 👉Her challenge? Fitting a new line into a confined space. Olivier is a Production Manager at the site. He anticipated all the requirements needed to get the new line up and running: new team, training, etc. 👉His challenge? Getting a brand-new line up and running. With civil engineering, delivery of equipment, assembly, and initial tests - the project was completed in a record 10 months! Still wishing for warmth, we're heading down to one of our warmest regions: Australia!☀️ The Condell Park site in Sydney is a bustling facility powered by 150 dedicated employees under the leadership of Operations Manager, Brett Sinclair. 🏭 Condell Park boasts 5 production lines for a wide variety of beverage formats - including juices, ice tea, soft drinks, and bottled water. However, they're also proud of two unique lines: 👉 A 30,000 bottle per hour hot fill line which produce small PET bottles, impressing brand owners with its speed of execution and product quality. 👉 An upgraded can line for 355ml sleek cans to support the burgeoning trend of sleek cans for hydration and performance beverages.
