SEALPAC offers tailored packaging solutions for a wide range of non-food products. Whether it’s niche markets or special items, our packaging preserves quality, ensuring every product meets your customers' high standards. A great example is the company FIBI-buffer that had the following question: “Why do we need so much packaging material for shipping products that is used for a short time only and just once? Can’t we be much more sustainable?” Their sustainable solution is being packaged on a SEALPAC RE25 thermoformer and based on material supplied by BASF, which is 100% biodegradable (according to the European composting standard EN-13432). By using our TraySkin® system, various meat products can be hermetically sealed inside the tray to achieve a significantly longer shelf life. A highly transparent barrier skin film fits the contours of the product like a second skin, hence preventing drip loss and keeping the product in place for an outstanding retail presentation.
