The acquisition of the Dutch scale-up will further expand ABB’s digital energy management offering. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀: Established in 2017, Sensorfact offers a scalable SaaS solution that helps small and medium-sized enterprises use AI in their operations and energy management to lower costs and increase efficiency. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:  SET first invested in Sensorfact in 2022 after being impressed by the drive of the founding team to build a disruptively easy-to-use product and highly effective sales machine. SET then followed on in Sensorfact’s recent €25M fundraise which saw the company reach highly ambitious growth targets, scale to over 250 FTEs and serve over 1,900 customers across Europe. This marks the end point of what has been a thrill of a ride to be on. A huge congratulations to Pieter Broekema, Hans Beukers, Niels Dijk, Senan King and everyone at Sensorfact for achieving this great milestone.
