🔬 🦴 We are pleased to share a new publication by Xiaole Tong and colleagues in which they develop new human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines! These lines are critical for isolating and tracking cells crucial for treating low back pain and osteoarthritis resulting from the breakdown of spinal discs and cartilage. Researchers created two stem cell lines with a special marker to identify cells that produce a key protein called aggrecan. We’re proud to have supported Priscilla F. Kerkman and colleagues in their immune response to the Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia study. Using our 10x Genomics service, they identified over 300 unique antibody sequences, discovering four monoclonal antibodies targeting S. aureus, with three cross-reacting with Staphylococcus epidermidis.
