Yesterday was truly a special day for us at Smartdc as we celebrated National Data Center Day by giving back to our community in Rotterdam. 💚 This year, we decided to switch things up and invited a group of seniors from the Super Actief Rotterdam foundation to join us. 💪 Our fantastic colleagues, Wouter Koppert and Fabian Roelofs, took the lead in teaching these lovely women about the internet and the vital role data centers play in our digital world. The seniors were eager to learn and asked many insightful questions. The highlight of the day was when they were treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our data center, where they witnessed firsthand the technology and security measures in place to ensure everything runs smoothly. 💻 The most heartwarming part of the day was coming together for a cozy coffee and cake session, where we shared stories and enjoyed each other's company. ☕ At Smartdc, we are committed to staying socially engaged and giving back to our community, particularly to our seniors.
