De laatste week voor de kerstdagen sluiten we traditiegetrouw af met een STT DAG! We hadden een goedgevuld programma; een interessante AI workshop door Berco Beute van Stekz, afscheid van gewaardeerde collega's, heerlijke huisgemaakte snert, gezamenlijk schoonmaken én een gezellige kerstborrel aan het eind van de dag. We kijken terug op een goed jaar en zien uit naar wat 2025 ons gaat brengen. Samen gaan we er weer wat moois van maken!

☃️Stekzmas 2024: a jolly good time🎄 As a co-founder of #Stekz, few things bring me more joy than seeing our incredible team come together. This year’s Stekzmas was no exception. It was a day that truly reflected what Stekz is all about: collaboration, connection, and celebrating the people who make it all happen. We kicked things off with a cozy lunch at the office—good food, great conversations, and lots of laughter. From there, it was time for some bouldering action. Though we mostly stay still at work, we know how important it is to take care of our bodies and have fun while doing so. And of course, no Stekzmas would be complete without ending the day with a few drinks to toast to the year behind us and the exciting road ahead. 🍻 To everyone who makes Stekz what it is, thank you for bringing your talent, energy, and spirit every single day. Als we van Groningen een levendig AI ecosysteem willen maken dan zullen bedrijfigheid, onderwijs, onderzoek en de overheid de handen ineen moeten slaan. En met #aiGrunn hebben we laten zien dat dat kan. Nu is het een kwestie van doorpakken. Op naar de volgende! 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝗶𝗚𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗜-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 🤖🔍 Tijdens aiGrunn, een toonaangevend congres in Forum Groningen waar professionals uit de AI-sector samenkomen om kennis en ontwikkelingen te delen, lieten vier onderzoekers en lectoren van het lectoraat Digitale Transformatie afgelopen vrijdag de kracht van praktijkgerichte AI-innovatie zien. Het lectoraat leverde diverse bijdragen die verschillende aspecten van AI belichtten: 👨⚕️ Docent-onderzoeker Harald Rietdijk presenteerde zijn onderzoek naar AI en Human Digital Twins in revalidatietrajecten. Een Human Digital Twin is een digitale weergave van een patiënt, die met behulp van AI het herstelproces kan simuleren en voorspellen. ⚡ Docent-onderzoeker Steven Warmelink presenteerde het Wattflex-project, waarin AI wordt ingezet om de uitdagingen in de energiemarkt aan te pakken. Met behulp van AI optimaliseert het project de opslag en het gebruik van energie. 🌐 Lector Rix Groenboom en docent-onderzoeker Joran Arends vertelden onder meer over de minor "AI and your Future Profession," waarin studenten leren nadenken over de ethiek en toekomst van AI in verschillende disciplines. 🤩What a journey it’s been at #aiGrunn 2024! Here’s how I’m feeling after my talk: To say I’m proud is an understatement—especially sharing the stage with the incredibly talented Jelle Klaver, whose dedication and skills have been crucial in making #MyStekz what it is today. In just a short few months, we at Stekz won a #Gazellen award, organized aiGrunn with overwhelmingly positive feedback so far, and made massive progress with MyStekz. In case you missed our talk, Jelle and I gave a rundown on how to integrate various AI agents in your organization seamlessly using RAG and AI Orchestration. In addition, we gave a demo of our most revolutionary feature of MyStekz. For the first time in the world, you can simply describe your processes in a prompt and get a fully editable process diagram (BPMN) in mere seconds! 🥳 Every talk will be available in video form very soon, so please stay tuned!
