How do you let go of control to enjoy the moment? This isn’t a question from a silent retreat in the mountains. It's something we explored during the GROW days at The Talent Institute. It felt so good to not only learn about but also experience innovative techniques for personal development. I highly recommend Learning & Development professionals to consider a no phone no laptop policy for learning moments. It’s amazing how much deeper the insights and connection with colleagues can go without these distractions. Special thanks to Frederike for organizing and to Niek & Esther for the exciting self-inquiry sessions! P.S. I hope this video inspires some LinkedIn professionals to trade suits for sports clothes! Why did I choose to join The Talent Institute? Sometimes, while job hunting, it’s easy to overlook this question. But finding a place that aligns with your values and ambitions is actually really important! So, I want to share two key reasons why TTI felt like the right fit for me: ✨ Growth beyond just the professional: TTI is a place where you can grow both professionally and personally. One of the best examples of this is my regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions, where I get the chance to reflect on my personal development and tackle what goes on in my personal life. It's an incredible space for self-discovery and continuous growth. 🌱 Embracing positive change: During my onboarding project, I got to work on something truly exciting—an internal project focused on increasing TTI’s positive impact. I conducted interviews, did extensive research, and helped define focus areas for TTI’s positive impact strategy. This project ended with a workshop I co-hosted with Marco Thissen, where we collaborated with the whole company to redefine what positive impact means to us. Very cool that TTI trusted us to host this workshop!! This got me thinking, why did you choose the work you do?

Meet our newest talents, Digital Innovator Pieter Muntendam and Digital Designer Jolijn de Haan, who have already made an impact at The Talent Institute by completing their onboarding project! 🎉 Over the past month, they focused on boosting individual donations for Sina's (Stichting Samen Is Niet Alleen) annual Christmas market. An inspiring initiative that brings gifts, warmth, and festive joy to vulnerable Amsterdammers. 🤲 Through in-depth research, street interviews, and meaningful conversations, Pieter and Jolijn explored what drives people to donate and uncovered key barriers. Last Friday, they presented actionable insights to SINA, empowering the organization to make an even greater difference this holiday season. Very proud to see how quickly our new innovators are creating value and contributing to impactful projects.
