This investment quickly paid off, and a year later, our first quality product, ‘Turbo,’ hit the market. With its excellent price-to-quality ratio, Turbo became an international sensation and remains an essential part of our collection nearly 30 years later. With over 70 million square meters sold, Turbo is the most successful product in our history. A true classic that lives up to its name! 

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝘇𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗪𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁! Timzo has long established itself as the specialist in bouclé carpets made from PP yarns. The company has been making significant progress for some time now with various woven qualities. Thanks to our close collaboration with with Intercarpet, since 2023 member of the Condor Group, all woven products are now produced within our own group. With the introduction of four new flatweave qualities: Bali, Ceylon, Java, and Sumatra! Timzo offers a unique range: eight colors in four textures, available in widths of 400 and 500 cm. This expansion enriches our portfolio, and our products are finding their way to markets worldwide. 

𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗻? At our factory in Genemuiden, we produce almost all of our yarns ourselves. The process may seem simple on paper but requires great precision in practice. We heat the purchased granules until they form a homogeneous mass, which is then pressed through a metal plate (the spinneret). This plate acts like a showerhead, creating numerous small threads that drop down (see photo). After cooling and undergoing various other processes, the yarn is ready.
