Last week, we had a truly special moment at Trailblazing People, a team event where everyone who works with us came together to connect, share, and celebrate! Like many of you know, when the pace picks up, posting can take a backseat. We’ve been busy behind the scenes, from helping individuals uncover their greatest asset, their unique talents, to supporting teams at incredible companies, we’ve been pouring our energy into what we do best. But during the event, we took a moment to reflect, learn together and express our gratitude for this wonderful group of people whilst sharing a wonderful meal, creating new memories. We’re so proud of the amazing coaches Peter Tijhuis, Brigitte Steenbakkers, Meike Dijkstra, Diana de Bruin, Esther Kruize, Amarja van der Woerd, Dustin van Gorkom and Claudia Belderbos who bring so much knowledge, expertise, and heart to everything they do. And, not to mention the creativity and dedication of our fantastic PA Barbara Bleeker who ensures we all enjoy an unforgettable evening. This World Mental Health Day, we at Trailblazing People are shining a light on burnout; a growing challenge in today’s workplace.
