With three construction sites and six new ones on the way, we have entered a new phase with our office in 2025. Looking ahead, we would also like to share some of the projects that will go into development in 2025. And we have a party to celebrate this year since we started our office in 2000. Inspirerende Gastles bij het Bouwcollege Gisteren hadden we een inspirerende ochtend bij het Bouwcollege, waar Emre Terlemis van BPD | Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling en Dirk de Groot van Van Bergen Kolpa Architecten, Rotterdam een gastles verzorgden voor onze leerlingen. Ze namen ons mee in de achtergrond van de nieuwbouwwijk in de Wielewaal in Rotterdam, die momenteel door Van Wijnen wordt gerealiseerd en deelden de overwegingen achter belangrijke keuzes in het ontwerp- en bouwproces. 🏘️🔨 Er werd ook uitgebreid stilgestaan bij de verschillen tussen naoorlogse bouw en de moderne bouwmethoden, met speciale aandacht voor het aspect van duurzaamheid 🌱🏠. Na de theorieles hebben de leerlingen een bezoek gebracht aan een van de huizen die vlak na de oorlog zijn gebouwd om de woningnood op te lossen. Hier konden de leerlingen de theoretische kennis in de praktijk herkennen. Ze stelden goede vragen en vonden het een zeer leerzame ervaring. Deze waardevolle inzichten 💡 over de vele dingen die voorafgaan aan de uiteindelijke bouw, nemen de leerlingen mee in hun opleiding en toekomstige carrière in de bouwsector. 🔧 👷 Mooi hoe verschillende partijen hebben samengewerkt om dit mogelijk te maken. Een speciaal dankwoord aan Woonstad Rotterdam en APS Algemene Project Service voor de mogelijkheid om de sloopwoning te bezoeken, en natuurlijk aan BPD Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling en Van Bergen Kolpa Architecten voor de inhoud van de gastles.
