Vanaf 2025 treedt nieuwe #wetgeving in werking met betrekking tot het #fonds voor gemene rekening en de #commanditaire #vennootschap (cv), een vorm die door private #equity- en #vastgoedfondsen veel wordt gebruikt. Onder de nieuwe #wet vervalt voor de cv het onderscheid tussen open (niet-transparant genoemd) en besloten (#fiscaal #transparant) volledig. #Pensioenfondsen en #vermogensbeheerders blijven knelpunten zien in deze aankomende #wetswijziging met betrekking tot de #fiscaliteit van #fondsen voor gemene rekening en commanditaire vennootschappen. De regering wil nu in gesprek met de markt in een poging de #knelpunten weg te nemen.
