In June 2024, during E&E in Budapest, Eurobitume and EAPA hosted a workshop focused on encouraging more women to pursue careers in road construction. This initiative marked a significant step forward in promoting diversity and inclusion within the European asphalt and bitumen industry. It builds upon the success of the Women in Asphalt program, launched by NAPA in the United States. For more details, read the full article on page 8. === In juni 2024, tijdens E&E in Boedapest, organiseerden Eurobitume en EAPA een workshop met als centraal thema hoe meer vrouwen aangemoedigd kunnen worden om te werken in de wegenbouw. Dit vormde een belangrijke stap in het bevorderen van diversiteit en inclusie binnen de Europese asfalt- en bitumenindustrie. Het initiatief bouwt voort op het succes van Women in Asphalt, dat door NAPA in de Verenigde Staten is gelanceerd.
