Exciting discussions unfolded at the Food Trend College—a key event hosted by FICA.nl and the Lectorate Platform for Food, Nutrition, and Health during the "Week of Our Food" at Hogeschool Inholland! Alongside 120 experts, we explored cutting-edge advancements in managing and preventing food allergies. 🥜 Our co-founder, Laurie Lancee, took the stage to share Vini Mini's inspiring journey, highlighting our science-based approach to introducing allergens to babies early on to help reduce the risk of developing food allergies later in life. We’re excited to welcome Erik Witte to the Vini Mini team as Sales Manager Retail! 🥜      With extensive experience in the national and international (agro)food industries, Erik brings valuable knowledge in the areas of nuts and peanuts—perfectly aligned with our mission to prevent food allergies in infants. Passionate about making a difference, he is ready to grow our presence and ensure our innovative products are accessible to more families worldwide.    Erik shares: "I’m thrilled Vini Mini has developed a healthy, reliable, and innovative way to introduce allergens like nuts and peanuts to babies. It’s scientifically proven that 80% of food allergies can be prevented through early and often introduction of allergens!". Outside of work, Erik enjoys playing tennis, skiing, cycling on the race bike and supporting his kids at their sports games. He’s also active in regional charities with the local Lions Club.
