On behalf of the NSC, Vocas, and Camalot, we wish both of you an inspiring career path and are honored to support your journeys. 🎬✨ 🔹 Glória Schuring is a directing film student at the Netherlands Film Academy, with a background in design. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Glória recently completed a one-year program as a lighting assistant and gained hands-on experience as a second-camera assistant and DITer on various sets. She aspires to tell stories that highlight overlooked voices, particularly in culture and gender, offering fresh perspectives that encourage reflection and deeper understanding. 🔹 Abdulrahman Abdulfattah, a second-year student at HKU, moved from Syria to the Netherlands in 2020. As an aspiring cinematographer, Abdul is driven to create images that evoke emotion while reflecting on their origins. Drawing inspiration from psychology, philosophy, and science, he strives to tell stories that advocate for human rights and contribute to positive social change. Met trots kondigen we aan dat het Koning Willem I College in Den Bosch een gloednieuwe studio heeft geopend in hun nieuwe pand aan de Onderwijsboulevard. De studenten van de opleiding AV Specialist / Filmmaker kunnen hier hun vakbekwaamheid verder ontwikkelen met een professionele regieruimte en een studiovloer, compleet met hoogwaardige camera-apparatuur. Dit alles werd mogelijk gemaakt dankzij de samenwerking met Cue Support en Vocas, die nieuwe apparatuur leverde en de installatie begeleidde. 🎥✨ Daarnaast heeft het college met oog op veiligheid gekozen voor een Accukluis van Seefion om Li-ion-accu’s veilig op te slaan en op te laden. De robuuste kluis biedt een gecontroleerde omgeving waar accu’s in fases veilig kunnen worden opgeladen.
