Even ECGs affirmed that such sessions significantly alleviated participants’ depression and anxiety symptoms and improved their emotional regulation. Simple as that. If a technology helps patients, prove it. However, bigger studies would serve as even better evidence.

The Catch a Rising Star Programme is open again for new applications!
