𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰! ✨   This past week, we gathered the 𝗭𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 in Paris; a powerhouse of brilliant minds, all dedicated to making workplaces more Happy, Healthy and Productive.   The energy was incredible with thought-provoking discussions, practical exchanges, delicious food, and plenty of fun! Training and facilitation can sometimes feel like a solo journey, but the real impact happens when we 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. But Gallup’s latest report shows a stark reality in the US: ▪ Only 31% of employees feel engaged in the workplace. ▪ Just 39% feel cared for at work, an 8% drop since 2020. ▪ Barely 30% have someone investing in their development. ▪ Even managers, the backbone of our teams, are just 31% engaged.   𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁? A staggering $8.8 trillion is drained annually from the global economy.
