• University background, with a relevant Master's Degree and demonstrated strive for excellence (grades, extracurricular activities)
• Relevant work experience (1-4 years)
• High degree of independence and flexibility
• Digitally savvy (Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop etc.)
• Proficient in English and Dutch (upper C1 level), in speech and writing
