THE OPPORTUNITY

The District Manager focuses on managing and coaching the Territory Executives team (5). The role involves leading initiatives that align with company objectives, and ensuring the organization’s growth while supporting the team’s expertise and achieving challenging results.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team to optimize team spirit, efficiency, and results.
• Develop your team on both individual and collective levels.
• Translate national field strategy into actionable district plans, objectives, and KPI’s.
• Act as the regional spokesperson for retailers.
• Deploy initiatives for product launches, retail activities, and engagement programs.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in a commercial related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Proven experience in people management.
• People connector both with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Data-driven, results oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch is required.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Strong analytical skills, presentation skills, and leadership skills.
