Job Responsibilities Description:

1. Under the headquarters' financial work system and financial standard regulations, lead the financial team of the dispatched institution, establish and improve the financial management system and processes of the dispatched institution, and ensure the orderly and standardized development of financial work.

2. Be responsible for organizing the company's strategic budget, annual budget, and final accounts, monitor the budget implementation, analyze deviations and adjust and optimize in a timely manner.

3. Organize and carry out daily financial accounting, submit and issue financial statements and other required documents on time, ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of financial data. Do a good job in the archiving and storage of financial materials for easy reference and to meet the needs of audits and other requirements.

4. Monitor the use of funds, avoid problems such as idle or tight funds, and prevent the risk of exchange rate fluctuations of funds. Cooperate with the headquarters' shared funds department, reasonably arrange the income and expenditure of the dispatched institution's funds, and make good fund plans.

5. According to the local tax policies, make tax declarations in accordance with the law and pay taxes in full and on time. Conduct reasonable tax planning to reduce tax costs, while ensuring that the planning activities fully comply with regulatory requirements.

6. Conduct financial analysis, analyze the financial situation and operating results from multiple dimensions, and provide decision-making basis for the management of the dispatched institution and the headquarters. Participate in business decisions, evaluate the feasibility and profitability of projects from a financial perspective, and give professional suggestions.

7. According to the internal control documents, identify and evaluate financial-related risks, formulate corresponding prevention and control measures to avoid the occurrence of financial fraud, asset losses and other situations. Regularly check and evaluate the implementation of the internal control system and continuously improve the internal control effect.

8. Keep close communication with the headquarters' financial department, report the financial situation and major financial matters of the dispatched institution in a timely manner, and implement the headquarters' financial requirements and deployments.

9. Cooperate with the headquarters' IT department to promote the financial informatization construction of the dispatched institution.

10. Maintain and coordinate public relations with local banks, tax authorities, audit institutions, etc.

11. Other tasks arranged by the headquarters' finance department and the leaders of the dispatched institution.


Qualification Requirements:

1. Hold the nationality of an EU country or a permanent residence visa. Fluent in both Chinese and English, and both can be used as working languages. Basic knowledge of Dutch and German is preferred.

2. A full-time undergraduate degree or above from Europe and America, majoring in financial management, accounting or auditing; those with professional qualification certificates such as International Certified Public Accountant (ACCA) or European local certified public accountant certificates are preferred. Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and European local accounting standards and tax policies.

3. Be able to better understand the local business environment and financial regulations. More than 5 years of financial work experience in medium-sized and above technology industries in Europe and America, including more than 3 years of experience in positions above the financial department manager.

4. Familiar with ERP operations, such as SAP, etc., and have certain information technology application capabilities.

5. Have good professional ethics and team spirit, strong communication, understanding, analysis and judgment abilities, and strong stress resistance and adaptability.
