Junior Accountant

ABOUT THIS POSITION

CrowdLED is looking for a detail-oriented finance accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The junior accountant reports directly to the financial Manager and plays a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, and supporting the company’s strategic financial planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company and work on projects with a significant impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax forms and documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist with audits and financial compliance reviews.
• Respond to financial inquiries from management and provide support for budget management.
• Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (specially Excel and Outlook) and Exact Online.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive financial information.
• Language : Dutch C1, English and French is a plus.
