De bouw van Plus Ultra III vordert gestaag. De CLT vloerpanelen worden nu gemonteerd op de derde verdieping van het eerste houten gebouw voor laboratoria in Nederland.
Construction at Plus Ultra III is moving ahead! The CLT floor panels are now being mounted on the third floor of the first wooden building for laboratories in the Netherlands. Thanks to the expert collaboration of CLT-S and Wijnen Bouwgroep , we’re bringing to life this CO2-negative building, designed with a sustainable timber framework and aiming for BREEAM-NL Excellent certification. Developed by Kadans Science Partner, Plus Ultra III will be a future-proof and highly sustainable, multi-tenant building, providing lab spaces, offices, and pilot plants for innovative companies on the Wageningen University & Research Campus. Its multifunctional atrium will foster meetings, collaborations, and knowledge sharing between companies and education, creating a vibrant, collaborative environment for the tenants.
