We are excited to share that we have successfully closed a refinancing and increase transaction for our Dutch fibre client Glaspoort! 🌐   Glaspoort, backed by KPN and APG, has been a valued client since 2021 and has demonstrated remarkable growth over the years. This new financing supports their journey to connect 1.5 million households and businesses with fibre-to-the-home (FttH) in the Netherlands.   The new facilities include a sustainability-linked margin mechanism, with KPIs focused on: ✅ Supply chain engagement ✅ Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions ✅ GRESB score ✅ Digital inclusion   🤝We would like to thank our client for their trust and pleasant collaboration! We are thrilled to support Ark Data Centres with development financing for Union Park 3, the next phase of their Union Park data centre campus in Hayes, London!   This ambitious project involves the construction of a data centre, an accompanying Energy Centre, and a Visitor Reception Centre.   This transaction follows the successful club financing of "Union Park 2" in August 2024, in which NIBC Bank also proudly supported.   The "Union Park 3" financing includes a 5-year £200 million senior secured term loan facility from a strong lender group: ING, ABN Amro, Credit Agricole, and Nord LB. This collaboration highlights the continued confidence and synergy among our partners.   ARK has been a valued client of NIBC since our initial partnership in 2017, and we are honored to support their ongoing expansion within London's Tier 1 data centre market.   We look forward to continuing to work together as ARK grows its digital infrastructure footprint.
