Our 2023 ESG Impact Report is now wrapped up, which outlines our initiatives, progress, and challenges over the past year. Dive into the details by accessing the full report at https://lnkd.in/dSHtwBci Here are some key highlights from 2023: Tracking towards our Science-Based Target on Climate: o  Adoption of renewable energy in our offices and stores (EKOenergy certified). o  Our suppliers have increased renewable energy at their manufacturing sites. o  Continued commitment to materials with lower environmental impact. o  A 41% decrease in scope 3 emissions, where 85% was driven by lower market sentiment. We joined the network of bluesign® system partners, fostering collaboration across our supply chain and industry peers to collectively reduce our impact on people and the planet. 88% of our assembling suppliers now have an approved social and labor audit in place via Amfori’s BSCI standard. We conducted worker interviews with over half of our manufacturing partners and found that the majority of the workforce expressed satisfaction. Nevertheless, there's an opportunity for us to enhance training programs and promote the benefits available to workers even more effectively. We established a sourcing partner in Bangladesh and thereby joined Bangladesh Accord to enhance health and safety standards at the factory level within the country. Joined MADE in Myanmar via EuroCham to support our commitment to human rights and fair working conditions in the one factory we work with in Myanmar. We intensified our collaboration with Tise and remain focused on creating durable products and providing consumer guidance for care and repair. Our female brands have spearheaded initiatives for female empowerment, via likeminded organizations and their own initiatives.
