Årdal Maskinering has specialized in production to order and does not produce own products. More than 95 % of the production is for the oil and gas industry. The company is a modern and innovative company, working continuously to reach our goals for high-quality products and ability to deliver. We offer a complete delivery containing, among other things, surface treatment, hardening, license threads, NDE inspections and more. All deliveries come with complete documentation. We are APIQ1 and ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Tidligere denne uken hadde vi årets julelunsj for ansatte. Som alltid var det vår kjekke gründer, Jørn Arve, som stod for maten. Det ble en vellykket lunsj med god mat, trekning av beste juleantrekk og julelotteri! 🎁 🎄 For noen uker siden hadde vi også vår årlige julefest for ansatte med familie Tradisjon tro ble det servert julegrøt og saft, og nissen kom også på besøk. 🎅 Med disse hyggelige juletradisjonene overstått for i år, vil vi ønske alle en riktig god jul og et godt nytt år! Vi vil også takke alle våre flinke ansatte, våre trofaste kunder og våre gode leverandører for et bra år! 👏 GOD JUL OG GODT NYTT ÅR 🎉

Årdal Maskinering er stolte av å ha vært med på nok et bærekraftig prosjekt som fremmer resirkulering og gjenbruk 🍀 ♻️ I dette tilfellet benyttet vi AM (3d print) funksjonen i vår Mazak AM500 til å reparere riper i kuleflaten. Etter kundens ønske dreide vi av toppsjiktet av kuleflaten og gjenoppbygde den i Inconel 718. Deretter dreide vi flaten iht tegningskrav i samme maskin. Som Future Materials - Norwegian Catapult Centre skriver: Med denne reparasjonsmetoden kan vi: -gjenbruke eksisterende deler -redusere behovet for nytt råmateriale -minimere miljøavtrykket I tillegg reduseres leveringstid og kostnader sammenliknet med det å lage helt ny del.
Bærekraftig innovasjon i praksis! I samarbeid med Årdal Maskinering, har vi hjulpet Well Cleanup AS til å komme frem til en innovativ løsning for reparasjon av ventilkuler med AM (3D-printing). Dette prosjektet hadde som mål å skape en mer bærekraftig og kostnadseffektiv løsning for vedlikehold av kritiske komponenter i brønnstimuleringsoperasjoner offshore. Hvorfor er dette viktig? Tradisjonelt må defekte ventilkuler skiftes helt ut, noe som fører til unødvendig materialbruk og økte CO₂-utslipp. Med denne reparasjonsmetoden kan vi: · Gjenbruke eksisterende deler · Redusere behovet for nytt råmateriale · Minimere miljøavtrykket Teknologi i fokus: Ved hjelp av 3D printing og videre bearbeiding har vi utviklet en prosedyre som gjør reparasjon av ventilkuler mulig, noe som er både mer økonomisk og miljøvennlig. Dette er et flott eksempel på hvordan samarbeid mellom næringsliv og innovasjonsmiljøer som Future Materials Katapult-senter skaper løsninger for en grønnere fremtid.
