Today, Brunvoll AS welcomed 25 retirees and their companions to our annual pre-Christmas luncheon in Molde 🎄 This tradition was initially started by Terje Dyrseth, who this year "debuted" as a fresh retiree and participant at the age of 77. After lunch, everyone received an update from our CEO, Kåre Øyvind Vassdal, and those who wished had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the production facilities to see the latest changes and reconnect with both new and former colleagues 💙 The conversations flowed effortlessly, and the group expressed both joy in reuniting and pride in what they have been a part of building. There's no doubt that Brunvoll is a vibrant 112-year-old!

Brunvoll is sharing again! This week, NOK 9 million is being distributed to the group's employees 💙 "Sharing is caring," we said last year. And now the Brunvoll family is sharing once again. This year, NOK 9 million will be distributed to the group's employees as a thank-you for their outstanding efforts in 2024. "My colleagues have once again delivered at a very high level in 2024, and we've taken new steps towards where we aim to be. It's particularly gratifying to see our fantastic work environment at all our locations. That's why it's so pleasing to have local owners who, once again, choose to share an early Christmas gift with our most important resource," says CEO Kåre Øyvind Vassdal. The amounts will be paid out as a combination of gift cards for use in the local communities where we operate and regular salary 🎅🎁

🚢 The "Engine House" at Ergan Coastal Fort in Bud, Norway is now open 🚢 For over a year, dedicated enthusiasts have worked tirelessly to create a unique showcase for a fully operational, single-cylinder B28 semi-diesel engine from 1941. Today, it proudly stands in a brand-new glass "engine house" at Ergan in Bud. On Tuesday, November 26, the glasshouse was officially opened, and around 60 motor and culture enthusiasts were present to witness this historic event. The star of the show—the engine itself—made an impressive entrance by starting up to loud applause and was eagerly photographed by the audience 📸✨ This project is part of Brunvoll's long-standing collaboration with the Romsdal Museum, where we have previously contributed with a motor workshop in the museum's basement and the thruster installation outside. The final piece of the puzzle is now in place, thanks to the efforts of our employees and generous support from Sparebanken Møre which contributed NOK 365,000 to the construction of the glasshouse. We are proud to help preserve and share this important part of our history, and we look forward to both locals and tourists experiencing it. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this fantastic project! This week, we hosted representatives from Simon Møkster Shipping AS to familiarise them with Brunvoll DP and BruCon PTC and to provide the equipment-specific training they need to start using it. The course has also been an excellent opportunity for our development team at Brunvoll to receive feedback and insights from expert users. Therefore, we highly encourage participants to share their opinions and suggestions for improvement. The course was highly successful, and we look forward to continued collaboration with Simon Møkster Shipping 🛳️🤝
