At long last, clean energy is replacing fossil fuels globally in absolute terms. Currently, this is driven by growth in solar PV and batteries, plus uptake of electric vehicles. 📊 We expect global energy-related CO2 emissions to peak this year, and start to trend downward, ending 49% lower than today's level by 2050.
