dRofus
Programvare for Building Information Modeling (BIM)
dRofus provides a comprehensive planning, data management, and collaboration software for the AEC/O industry, enabling seamless integration of project information across all stages of design and construction. Unlike any other planning tool on the market, dRofus was developed directly on behalf of public building owners. Capturing client requirements (EIR), validating design solutions (BIM) against client requirements, management of public standards and equipment planning are core features in the software. dRofus has strong ArchiCAD, Revit and IFC integration with bi-directional data sync capabilities. Model data from each discipline is captured, together with planning data, non-geometric data, and documents, in a centralized database accessible to all project stakeholders via the dRofus desktop client and dRofus Web.

Why Standardization Matters for Owners Managing Multiple Projects Repeat building programs, whether for hospitals, universities, or commercial developments, rely on strong project standards. Without clear, structured requirements, project teams make ad hoc decisions that lead to inconsistencies across assets. With dRofus, owners can: • Standardize room data, equipment lists, and design specifications • Ensure project teams follow defined requirements • Maintain a clear link between design intent and as-built conditions Standardization is not about restricting flexibility. It’s about ensuring that every project delivers the expected quality while maintaining efficiency at scale. How do you maintain consistency across multiple projects? The Problem with Siloed Building Data Your organization delivers multiple buildings. Each project generates vast amounts of data. But where does that data go? • Scattered across disconnected systems • Buried in outdated spreadsheets • Lost when key people leave Without a central source of truth, you waste time searching, duplicating work, and making uninformed decisions. A single, structured database changes everything. It ensures your team works with accurate, up-to-date information at every stage. Owners, project managers, and facility teams all benefit. Where is your building data stored today? Learn more: https://hubs.la/Q036JJJr0

The Cost of Poor Data Management in AECO Projects Inaccurate or missing project data leads to cost overruns, delays, and operational inefficiencies. When information is stored across emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets, teams spend more time searching for data than making decisions. A centralized data approach helps owners: • Reduce errors caused by outdated or conflicting project information • Improve coordination between project teams • Provide facilities teams with accurate as-built data for operations Data mismanagement is not just an inconvenience—it impacts project timelines, budgets, and long-term asset performance. What’s your biggest challenge in managing project data today?

Why Enterprise Owners Need More Than a Common Data Environment A Common Data Environment (CDE) is a great first step, but it’s not enough for Enterprise Owners managing repeat building programs. CDEs are designed for file sharing, not structured data management. A purpose-built database solution like dRofus allows owners to: • Capture structured data linked to rooms, equipment, and systems • Maintain project standards across multiple buildings • Provide structured, queryable data for facilities teams File-based collaboration works for project teams, but owners need structured, long-term data for asset management. If your information is locked in files, you are not getting the full picture. How do you ensure your project data remains valuable beyond handover? Learn more: https://hubs.la/Q036JGmS0
