🚀 Exciting Milestone Alert: Project Green Light’s wellControl CCUS Beta Program! 🚀 We have officially sent out invitations for the beta program of our wellControl CCUS software! This brings us one step closer to delivering a unique solution for CO₂ well control, engineered to enhance safety and efficiency when drilling in CO₂-filled reservoirs. Phase I of Project Green Light represents over two years of extensive research and lab testing. Our software is designed to equip engineers with the tools to effectively plan, simulate, and manage the unique well control challenges that come with drilling into CO₂-filled reservoirs. This milestone is essential for making safe, large-scale CO₂ storage a reality, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! Beta participants will get exclusive early access to test the wellControl CCUS software, offering insights that will help shape its final release. As we gather insights from our beta participants, we are one step closer to delivering this solution on a broader scale. Stay tuned as we near our official release and push the boundaries of well control technology for a sustainable future. 🌍 Want to learn more: info@edrilling.no P.S: Phase I is just the beginning! 🛠️ #ProjectGreenLight #wellControlCCS #CarbonCapture #CCUS #Innovation #BetaTesting #Sustainability #EnergyTransition #eDrilling #CO2Storage #DigitalInnovation

In honor of the World Mental Health Day celebrated yesterday, here are some thoughts from eDrilling's Shifu👇
It is🌍 World Mental Health Day 🧠 today. This year, the theme is “mental health at work.” Reminding all of us that creating safe and healthy work environments can really help protect our mental well-being. And that, on the flip side, unhealthy conditions like stigma, discrimination, and harassment can seriously impact our mental health. Considering we spend about a third of our lives at work, it’s easy to forget how crucial mental health is in the workplace. For many of us, work can be a major source of stress, anxiety, and pressure. But since we spend so much time there, making positive changes at work can have a huge impact on our overall lives. I urge all of us to spend some extra time today, thinking about how we can make a positive impact in the worklife, and personal life, on people around us. #WorldMentalHealthDay

As a part of the efforts from Norwegian industry and government to reach climate goals, we are happy to celebrate another win for CCUS in Norway! Kudos to the Northern Lights JV Team completing the first cross-border CO2 transport and storage facility, now and ready to receive and store CO2. To reach the world's climate goals we need large scale implementation of CCUS, only possible through cooperation and technological development! #netzero #innovation #sustainability #energytech
The world’s first cross-border CO2 transport and storage facility – Northern Lights – is completed and ready to receive and store CO2, and was officially opened today by Norwegian energy minister Terje Aasland in Øygarden, near Bergen ✨ This marks an important milestone for the global development of a carbon capture, transport and storage (CCS) business model 🚀 It opens a value chain for the decarbonisation of European industry and energy and shows the role that we and our partners are taking in developing low carbon solutions in the energy transition 🇪🇺 Large scale CCS will play a key role in the energy transition and in reaching Paris Agreement goals, as it offers a solution for large and hard-to-abate industrial emitters (including the cement and fertiliser industries) that need to decarbonise their processes 🏭 We have around 10 CCS projects in operation or under development globally, and already have nearly 30 years of safe CO2 storage experience on the Norwegian continental shelf 🌐 🇳🇴 The established Northern Lights value chain and experience from the project will also be valuable in maturing and scaling up future CCS projects. The Northern Lights facility (Northern Lights JV) is a joint venture between Equinor, Shell and TotalEnergies. Find out more 👉https://bit.ly/3Bt3UN7
