They combine acoustic dampening, visual privacy, and playful aesthetics—all with sustainability at their core. Crafted from fabric scraps molded into tubes, capped with recycled aluminum, and upholstered using fabric offcuts—entirely free of glue or staples—they exemplify thoughtful design with a minimal environmental footprint. The Profim Revo modular chair, with 96 distinct configuration options, was an ideal choice for the new student flex space at HES-SO Valais-Wallis University. Designed to support casual collaboration, socializing, and a variety of group sizes and purposes, this versatile seating creates a dynamic environment. Partnering with FELIX, we planned a series of layouts in the central red zone, resulting in a welcoming, adaptable space where students can connect, study, and recharge before and after lectures. We had a lot of fun working with FELIX to deliver the perfect combination of soft seating to create both a visually engaging and functional multi purpose space for students at HES-SO Valais-Wallis. At their recently redesigned Youngstorget campus, an impressive 95% of the Flokk products selected are Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certified. Among these certified products, over 36% of the materials used were recycled, resulting in a saving of 26,000kg CO₂e compared to using non-recycled materials.
