Snowhotel Academy 2024: A Warm Welcome to Our New Staff! ❄️✨ We are thrilled to announce that the Snowhotel Academy 2024 has been successfully completed, and we have onboarded our new staff! 🌟 Although Snowhotel Kirkenes is increasingly becoming a year-round destination, winter remains our most magical season. Every fall, seasonal workers from all corners of the globe arrive, eager for adventure and ready to provide exceptional experiences for our cherished guests, who also come from all over the world. 🌍 At Snowhotel Kirkenes and Norwegian Travel, we take tourism seriously. We ensure that all our staff receive thorough training to make every stay with us exceed expectations. A key part of this preparation is the Snowhotel Academy, a comprehensive three-day training camp. During this camp, we focus on both theory and practice, covering essential topics such as safety, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), product knowledge, and guest handling. This training helps our newcomers understand our region, our unique place, and our vision, enabling them to become excellent storytellers. 📚✨ Our main motto is “We change you,” and this transformation applies to both our staff and our guests. Today, the Fjellheisen Shuttle Bus has officially launched! As Tromsø welcomes more international flights and visitors, traffic to the Fjellheisen Cable Car has increased significantly. To help ease the pressure on existing transportation options, we’ve launched the Shuttle Bus, offering a convenient and efficient way to reach the cable car. With the winter season approaching, we’re excited to see the Shuttle Bus in service. It will run all winter, from today until the 15th of March, and we hope it becomes a favorite for both Tromsø locals and our many visitors.
